Plugged And In Charge

This article is a lightly-edited summary of our interview with Nicole S, a tech worker.

Nicole first heard about Pensa in college, but wasn’t involved in it at the time. “We had a Pensa club at my university. Obviously they were the most popular girls. I just assumed it wasn’t for me,” she says.

Nicole majored in business, eventually getting an MBA. She always had a knack for managing people. In college, she organized parties, study groups, even lunch orders. She was a natural at project management—and at ordering people around.

“I’m very aware of the gender inequality in management positions.”

Nicole felt she had to work harder and be better than her male counterparts to get the same recognition and compensation. This structural unfairness infuriated her, but she dealt with it by actually being the best project manager at her company. This domineering attitude applied to her personal life as well.

THE BUSINESS DOMME

“I’ve heard that some people who order people around at work tend to be submissive sexually. Not me. I don’t have a submissive bone in my body,” she says. She was telling her partners what to do since she was 16. By 18, she peed in a boy’s mouth. By 20, she had two guys locked in chastity and by 22, she was using strapons on them. She also dominated women occasionally. Nicole relished the rush of power in seeing others naked, vulnerable, and humiliated.

And then one day, she snapped.

A NEW PENSA OBSESSION

Once the idea was in her head, Nicole was determined. She read every website and forum post she could about Pensa and anal expansion. She saw the recommended way to start was to wear a small plug for 2 hours, then a different day for 4 hours, then 8 hours, then 12 hours. She followed the instructions and did it easily.

“I work hard, and I do what needs to be done. This process was no different.”

For a week, she was plugged about 12 hours per day with a small plug, and found the discomfort minimal, though she was usually aware of its presence. She just went about her business, stayed on task, and re-lubed whenever it felt like she needed it. “Even at this stage, most men in my personal or professional life would probably have complained a lot,” she says.

At work, she continued to lead her team. Success in project management is a lot about communication, she says. There are a lot of details to track and a lot of dependencies where someone can’t finish their task until someone else finishes theirs. While there are many software tools available to manage all this communication, Nicole’s most powerful tool was always something managers call MBWA: Management By Walking Around. It means that the manager literally walks around the office, talking to people face-to-face, in order to truly understand what’s going on on the ground.

While walking around the office and talking to her team, she didn’t have the fear of being found out that some women report. Instead, it was a rush of empowerment. She knew she had the widest asshole and was the best manager. When she imagined someone finding out, she imagined them then kneeling at her feet to her superiority.

She was confidently plugged.

She remembers several times where she asked a team member to do a task, they’d then complain it was too difficult, and she’s just stare at them. Feeling that huge plug in her ass, knowing she was doing her job despite it, yet this team member can’t do his because it’s a little difficult. She was having none of it. If anything, being plugged made her even bossier.

SHOCK AND AWE

Over the years, Nicole worked up to huge sizes, able to wear plugs with 3” wide necks. One night at work, after her team had gone home, Nicole was still in the office, doing budget planning. Robert, a manager of another team, wandered by and asked what she was working on. She found the ensuing conversation hilarious because Robert said nothing sexual, yet was practically sweating and shaking with nervous sexual energy. He only made the most oblique references that maybe they should go out sometime so she could tell him the secrets of her success.

Robert didn’t report to Nicole, and she didn’t report to him either. They didn’t actually directly work together, which gave Nicole the courage to give Robert more than what he bargained for. She said to him, “You want to know the secret is to my success? I’ll show you.” His eyes widened. She turned around, bent over, pulled up her skirt, and pulled down her panties. She showed him the stark sight of the giant plug up her ass.

“I work hard, I persevere, and I get it done no matter what the obstacles, distractions, or challenges are,” she told him. “And I expect my team to do the same.”

Robert stammered. Then he quickly agreed that he’d do anything she needed him to, and that he’d be happy to share resources if her team was ever in crunch mode.

Nicole’s only regret was judging the Pensa girls back in college. Maybe some of them joined just to be popular, but it’s too much work just for that. Pensa girls impress because they’re tenacious. They keep their composure and poise despite the physical challenges they live with daily. Nicole is a Pensa girl now and she strives to be the best, to dominate the competition, and to dominate her sexual submissives.
